Rosemary Sage + Lemon | Top notes of lemon peel, pine + eucalyptus, middle notes of lemon verbena + rosemary and base notes of sage, cedar and light musk. Did you know, rosemary + lemon help fight fatigue, headaches + exhaustion. 

Rose + Cedar | Top notes of citrus, greens + ozone, middle notes of rose, ylang ylang, thyme, ginger + base notes of cedar, vanilla, patchouli + powder. Information continues to reach the limbic system of the brain & that includes the hippocampus (involved with memory) & the amygdala (involved with emotional response). 

Lavender + Amber| Top notes of citrus, eucalyptus + honeydew melon, middle notes of lavender + sage and base notes of cedar, amber + camphor. Did you know lavender helps promote calming and relieve nervous tension?

Grass + Pine| Top notes of lemongrass + eucalyptus, middle notes of juniper, green apple, grass + oakmoss and base notes of pine, sage + sandalwood. Did you know, there was a study conducted in Japan around the physiological effects of Shinrin-yoku - meaning, to take in the forest atmosphere/forest bathing. Studies prove that forest environments promote lower blood pressure, pulse rate + lower sympathetic nerve activity.
